The screw terminal (HP) is a power supply terminal that is mounted on a circuit board by inserting it and soldering. It is a gold-plated screw terminal with good solder wetting properties and conductivity, offering high reliability at low voltage and low current. It also has high corrosion resistance, making it less prone to corrosion, and it features minimal changes in contact resistance due to aging. Whiskers (needle-like metal crystals) may occur on the surface depending on humidity conditions during storage. This product suppresses the occurrence of whiskers by applying a nickel undercoating before the plating process.
